Package Design
As a graphic designer, I love creating unique packaging that tells a story. One of my favorite projects is The Dwarf's Pride—a hexagon-shaped beard kit inspired by Gimli from The Lord of the Rings. Designed to look like a forged dwarven relic, it features angular patterns and metallic accents that reflect Gimli’s rugged character. The shape adds a tactile, eye-catching element that makes the product feel like a piece of fantasy brought to life.

Design for Fashion
As a graphic designer, I bring a unique vision to fashion branding by blending classical inspiration with modern aesthetics, as seen in my work for "Vici." Every element—from typography to the laurel wreath—is chosen to evoke victory, strength, and timeless elegance. I don’t just clothing brands—I craft identities. By merging design with storytelling, I create bold, cohesive visuals that resonate deeply with the audience.

Breaking through Boxes
As a graphic designer, I think beyond the obvious, bringing fresh, unconventional ideas to every project. I’m drawn to reimagining classic elements with a modern edge, creating bold designs. My work goes beyond aesthetics—it's about making a statement. Take “Cut Stone,” for example—a typeface inspired by Alfred Roller, where I focused not just on what’s visible, but on the spaces and forms that aren’t chiseling away to find the design.

Coffee Lovers
As a coffee lover and graphic designer, I brought my passion for café culture into "The Sipping Civet" project, knowing a coffee shop is more than just a place—it’s an experience and a community. That same approach guides all my branding work. Whether for a cozy café or a bold fashion label, I focus on capturing each brand’s essence through thoughtful, compelling design that feels authentic and unforgettable.

Nonprofit Minded
As a graphic designer, non-profit projects hold a special place in my heart because they allow me to use my skills for a greater purpose. Design has the power to amplify voices, tell important stories, and spark change—and I believe that’s especially vital in the non-profit space. Whether it’s raising awareness, promoting a cause, or helping a community connect, I’m passionate about creating visuals that make an impact. These projects remind me that good design isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about meaning, empathy, and making a difference.

ABOUT BAAJOTI

Suriname
I was born and raised in the beautiful country of Suriname, a small, vibrant nation nestled between Guyana, French Guiana, and just north of Brazil. Until the age of 13, I lived among the Aukaners, deep in the jungle—about 120 miles from the nearest road. Life there was rich with tradition and community, and it was in this setting that I was given the name Baajoti by a highly respected elder in the village, a name that has always held deep meaning for me.

Fishing
Fishing has always been one of my favorite hobbies, a pastime rooted in my childhood growing up along the river in Suriname. I spent countless hours casting lines and learning the rhythms of the water. Even now, I take every opportunity to fish whenever I can. This photo captures one of my proudest river fishing moments—landing an 18.9 lb Anumara, a true testament to patience, skill, and a lifelong love for the sport.

Love for Music
Music is a big part of my life—I love both listening to it and creating it. My taste spans a wide range of genres, from folk and country to rap, and I enjoy having music as a companion whether I’m working on a project, hanging out with friends, or hitting the gym. I also enjoy playing the ukulele and have a solid understanding of digital audio workstations (DAWs), which lets me dive deeper into the creative side of music production.
