I needed to make a brochure for my graphic design class, so I chose Suriname, my home country. I put the flag of Suriname right on the front and tried to match the background with green and white. I included three major tourist areas in Suriname: the butterfly park, the capital city, and the turtle beach, where they come to lay their eggs and hatch baby turtles. I also added photos of these tourist areas to show the viewer what they would see. I put the images in a spiral design to keep the information in the middle so it would not be forgotten. I also added two little bubbles to the top left and bottom right corner with more minor, younger versions of the creators in the bigger pictures. I also put the text in a simpler font to make it easier to read, and the reader would not have to worry about all the squiggle lines. I used a mock-up that I found with this link.
