Nomad’s Travel Guide

Having spent most of my life overseas while my family worked with a nonprofi t helping immigrants, I witnessed the challenges they face when moving to a new country. Inspired by this, I designed an app prototype to serve as a comprehensive travel guide for immigrants.

The app features a homepage with updates on important information, new job listings, and recent job openings. It also includes a section where users can view and apply for jobs directly through the app, along with a legal section to stay informed on local laws. A language feature teaches not just vocabulary and grammar, but also slang, pronunciation, and cultural nuances. This app aims to ease immigrants’ transitions, supporting their journey from newcomers to permanent residents
